  • When will my order be delivered?
    Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours (business hours) of purchase excluding bank holidays and weekends. All deliveries are made with FedEx Express and are delivered within 1-2 working days Monday-Friday. Full tracking is provided with text and email notifications from FedEx Express. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation. Be sure to check your spam folder and add to your address book. You can also check your order status by signing into your account.
  • Do you have recipe ideas for your products?
    Yes, all of our products have recipe ideas and directions on the back label.
  • Are your products suitable for vegetarians or vegans?
    All of our products are suitable for vegetarians. Some products are suitable for vegans, but please check the ingredients list on each product description.

  • Where do you deliver to?
    We deliver throughout the UK only (UK Mainland and UK Offshore) and internationally. All international orders are Flat Rate Shipping. Select your country at checkout to view shipping cost.
  • Do you deliver to Scotland
    Yes we do deliver to Scotland and the Scottish Highlands. However, The Scottish Highlands and Islands are subject to separate flat rate delivery charges. Please enter your delivery details at the checkout for delivery costs. Certain areas of Scotland are also subject to separate delivery charges also.
  • How much is shipping?
    K Delivery Our shipping prices start from £4.95 and all orders of £30+ are free in the UK Mainland for 1-2 Day Delivery. Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland have separate shipping rates. Enter your delivery address at the checkout for prices. International delivery Prices can vary check price at checkout when you enter your address details.
  • What if I don’t have a PayPal account?
    You do not need a PayPal account to purchase our products. Follow the instructions on the PayPal screen to pay using your credit or debit card, it’s easy!

  • Do you accept returns?
    Gift Boxes & Hampers If, for any reason your Tan Rosie Gift Box or Hamper does not arrive in a satisfactory condition, we will happily offer a replacement or a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. Your purchase is covered by our money-back guarantee of satisfaction. Please inform us of any problems within 7 working days of receipt of an order. Contact us via phone or email for a swift resolution. For cancelled orders, credit/debit cards are refunded within 2 working days. Where the product is to be returned to us for a full refund, we do not accept liability for the return carriage costs incurred. If a return is arranged, a deduction will be made from the refund to cover the cost of collecting the goods. However, if returning faulty goods we will issue a refund for the return postage costs incurred. Other Products Any item that has been opened or tampered with will not be refunded or exchanged. If your item is damaged, please inform us within 7 working days and we will refund or exchange your purchase.     Yes we are! We are a family owned business with Grenadian heritage.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
