Lee, a former sports fashion designer, brings a refined eye for detail and curated hospitality.
Monica, a seasoned home cook raised on traditional Caribbean recipes, brings instinct, flavour and lived experience.
Together, they create intimate food experiences rooted in culture, warmth and genuine welcome.
