/ COOKERY SCHOOL VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Validity

 

•All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

•The voucher must be booked and the class attended within the 12-month period. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed, refunded, or extended.

 

Booking

•Advance booking is essential. Classes are very popular and spaces fill up quickly—especially during peak months.

•Leaving it too close to the expiry date may result in limited or no availability, and we cannot guarantee a place.

•We strongly recommend booking your class at least 2–3 months in advance to avoid disappointment.

 

Redemption

•Vouchers can only be redeemed via our website booking system (or email us info@tanrosie.com with your code). Please enter your voucher code during checkout.

•Once a booking has been made, it is subject to our standard class cancellation policy.

 

Expired Vouchers

 

•Unfortunately, we cannot honour expired vouchers, even if the class calendar is fully booked near the expiry date.

•It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they use the voucher in good time.

 

Refunds & Transfers

 

•Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. •In exceptional cases, we may offer a goodwill discount towards a future class at our discretion, but this is not guaranteed.

/Digital Products (Ebooks, Online Content & Downloads)

 

Delivery of Digital Content

 

All ebooks, downloadable resources and other digital products sold on this website are delivered electronically.

Access to the digital content is provided immediately after payment is successfully completed.

 

 

No Right to Cancel After Download

 

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel most purchases within 14 days.

 

However, this right does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun.
