Join us in this lesson were we'll be cooking up traditional Curry Goat and Trini style 'Buss-Up-Shut' Roti. Lots of fun. The name 'Buss-Up-Shut' comes from the Trinidadian term to break up the roti. Once the roti is cooked it is broken up by bashing it into pieces using sticks, then you can enjoy eating the curry with pieces of roti with your hands - it's delicious!
