I love this sauce. I grabbed a bottle at a market stall and im getting more ASAP as im nearly out, and its not lasted.
Marinading and cooking with it makes for a lovely mild slightly garlicky meat.
I personally prefer it slathered on things after cooking. It has a really good heat level, not over the top but a nice mild sweetness from the scotch bonnets and a not overpowering garlic flavour.
Its great for dipping chips and even better on chicken.

This is my favourite hot sauce. It isn’t too garlicky and isn’t too sweet, meanwhile the heat comes through very nicely. If you don’t want too much heat you can use it sparingly still with great effect. I find myself experimenting it with lots of things and it works so well.
