Join us for the launch of Tan Rosie’s Caribbean Afternoon Tea, an intimate and beautifully curated experience inspired by the warmth, flavour and generosity of Caribbean hospitality.
This boutique edition marks the very first in our series of hosted afternoon teas, thoughtfully designed to be relaxed, elegant and memorable.
The Experience
Guests will enjoy a hosted Caribbean Afternoon Tea served on tiered stands, presented for sharing and carefully balanced to include:
A selection of Caribbean-inspired savoury bites
Sweet treats influenced by traditional island flavours
Freshly baked breads served with artisan preserves
Thoughtful details that elevate the experience beyond a traditional afternoon tea
Each element is prepared with care, blending familiar comfort with something a little unexpected.
Tea & Drinks
A selection of teas will be available throughout the experience, including:
Sorrel tea
Ginger tea
Traditional English breakfast tea and freshly brewed Ms Tita Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee are also available on request.
Guests will be welcomed with a refreshing pineapple & lime spritz on arrival.
Seating & Format
This is an intimate boutique experience, limited to just 16 guests
Afternoon tea is served on a sharing basis, with tiered stands provided per two guests
Individual guests, pairs and small groups are all welcome
Seating is arranged to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere
Dietary Information
We are happy to accommodate vegetarian and vegan guests when requested at the time of booking.
Please note:
Unfortunately, we are unable to cater for gluten-free or other allergy-specific diets
Duration
The experience lasts approximately 90 minutes, allowing time to relax, enjoy the food, and savour the moment without feeling rushed.

Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and gift vouchers for Tan Rosie Caribbean Afternoon Tea, hosted at our Boutique Studio and partner venues including a Country House.
By making a booking or purchasing a voucher, you agree to the following:
1. Bookings & Tickets

All tickets are sold per person and must be booked in advance.

Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the named guest.

Tickets are valid only for the date selected at the time of booking.
Each afternoon tea is a carefully curated, hosted experience, and capacity is strictly limited.
2. Rebooking & Cancellations

If you are unable to attend, we are happy to rebook you onto another available date, subject to availability.

A minimum of 14 days’ notice is required to request a rebooking.

Rebooking requests made within 14 days of the event date cannot be guaranteed.

We are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances.
Rebooking requests must be made by email.
3. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Vouchers must be redeemed and used within the 12-month validity period.

Vouchers cannot be used to book dates beyond their expiry.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If booking availability is limited, early redemption is advised.
Gift vouchers are the recommended option if flexibility is required.
4. Menus & Dietary Requirements

Menus are seasonal and may vary by date.

Full menus will be revealed closer to each event.

We can accommodate vegetarian and vegan diets only.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate gluten-free or other allergy requirements at this time.
By booking, you acknowledge and accept these dietary limitations.
5. Seating & Experience Format

Seating is arranged by our team to ensure the best guest experience.

Individual guests, couples, and small groups may be seated together on shared tables.

Afternoon tea stands may be shared depending on group size and table layout.
6. Arrival & Timings

Guests are asked to arrive promptly at the stated start time.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience.

The experience runs for approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the event.
7. Behaviour & Respect

We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if behaviour is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to staff or other guests.

In such cases, no refund or rebooking will be offered.
8. Photography & Marketing
-
From time to time, photographs or short videos may be taken during events for marketing purposes.
-
If you do not wish to appear in any imagery, please let a member of staff know on arrival.
9. Venue-Specific Notes

Events hosted at partner venues are subject to venue layout and facilities.

Tan Rosie is not responsible for venue-related changes outside of our control.
10. Changes & Force Majeure

In the unlikely event that Tan Rosie must cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered an alternative date or credit.

Tan Rosie is not liable for cancellations due to events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to extreme weather, venue closure, or government restrictions).
