How Our Classes Are Set Up
Our cookery classes from 2026 will follow the format used by many leading cooking schools, with twin-person workstations as standard. You’ll cook alongside a partner — whether that’s a friend, partner, or fellow guest — making the experience social, supportive, and fun.
Each pair shares equipment and ingredients, working together to prepare every dish on the menu. We find this format encourages collaboration, helps build confidence, and mirrors how many professional kitchens operate.
Coming solo?
You’re very welcome! You can choose:
A solo workstation (limited availability), or
A spot at a shared station where we’ll pair you with another friendly guest
Please select your preference when booking.
