Welcome to Tan Rosie Foods - Taste The Spice With The UK's Tastiest Hot Sauces, Jerk Seasoning and Caribbean Recipes.

We create tantalising Caribbean food products inspired by our family recipes from Grenada and Carriacou from our base here in Birmingham UK.

Our Caribbean range of preserves uses the freshest fruit and vegetables, some of which are locally sourced within the Midlands. We use great quality Grenadian spices such as nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, ginger and scotch bonnet chilli peppers.

We have a fantastic range of Caribbean inspired fudge! Our flavour combinations include, Fiery Chilli, Coconut Rum, Grenadian Rum & Raisin, Chocolate, Vanilla and Zingy Ginger fudge.

If you are looking for authentic Caribbean hot sauces, then look no further! All of our sauces range from Hot, Medium and Mild. They are great condiments which can be added to marinades to spice up any meal! Our best-selling hot, spicy, chilli sauce 'Tan Rosie's Garlic & Pepper Sauce (HOT)' is fantastic with all meat, fish and vegetables. We also have various fruity, spicy sauces such as Sweet Tamarind, Spicy Mango and Hot Papaya.

We have a superb selection of Caribbean dry seasonings such as our version of Jamaican Jerk 'Tan Rosie's Jerk Rub.' Our jerk seasonings make fantastic tasty Jerk Chicken! You can make your own authentic Caribbean Curry Goat or Curry Mutton with our 'Caribbean Style Curry Powder.' We also have unique seasonings such as 'Spicy Soca Rub' which will enhance any meal! All seasoning are great for the BBQ, grilling, roasting or frying.
